Sociedades emergentes y vulnerabilidades contemporáneas

Abstract

Sociedades emergentes y vulnerabilidades contemporáneas reúne un conjunto plural de investigaciones y reflexiones sobre las diversas formas de vulnerabilidad en las sociedades cambiantes de comienzos del siglo XXI. Propone reflexionar sobre nuestras fragilidades personales y colectivas en entornos de transformación o quiebra social: desde las desigualdades sociales estructurales hasta los conflictos bélicos, desde la pandemia hasta los problemas de las formas de precariedad emergentes, etc. A través de muy diversas aproximaciones y perspectivas, se pueden encontrar alternativas para construir una sociedad mejor, reflexiones críticas y, también, propuestas de soluciones para conseguir mejoras sobre las vulnerabilidades clásicas o emergentes como las brechas de género, la mejora de la vida de nuestros mayores o la aparición y primeros desarrollos de aplicaciones de Inteligencia Artificial. La selección de textos está hecha con la mirada en que esta variedad de perspectivas y propuestas, tanto sociológicas, económicas, educativas, comunicativas, entre otras, contribuyan a la reflexión y al desarrollo de mejores políticas públicas en nuestra sociedad.
