This Sponsor-focused training covered our Participation Reports and the importance of metadata. Sponsors should understand the importance of complete and accurate metadata and be able to communicate this to the members who work with them. A review of member participation reports during our annual Sponsor reviews shows a wide range of metadata completeness. This training reviewed how to read and interpret members’ Participation Reports and how to add missing metadata. The goal of the webinar is for Sponsors to have a better understanding of the information in the Participation Reports and practical steps to guide your members to improve metadata completeness. We had two sessions available on 25 and 26 February to accommodate for varied time zones. The same presentation was available at both sessions.
