Abstract

1. Die Wirkung der untersuchten Anasthetika, des Novokains, des Alypins, des Akoins und Kokains, auf die Froschhaut wird stark erhoht durch Zusatz von Natriumbikarbonat zu ihren Losungen. 2. Von den untersuchten Anastheticis wirken am starksten das Alypin und Kokain, dann folgt das Akoin, am schwachsten wirkt das Novokain. Diese Reihenfolge gilt sowohl fur die Losungen dieser Anasthetika allein, als auch fur ihre Mischungen mit Natriumbikarbonat. Vergleicht man diese Wirkungsreihe mit der, welche auf Grund anderer Versuchsmethoden und praktischer Erfahrungen aufgestellt werden kann, so stimmt sie im grosen und ganzen mit diesen uberein. Auffallend erscheint die besonders starke Wirkung des Alypins bzw. seiner Gemische mit Natriumbikarbonat, die uns starker erscheint, als man nach den bisherigen Erfahrungen erwarten durfte. Es ist daher sehr wohl moglich, das das Alypin besondere Eigenschaften besitzt, die speziell in der Oberflachenanasthesie von besonderer Bedeutung sind.
