Abstract

Bei zweiBrudern, die anHydroa vacciniforme erkrankt sind, wird festgestellt: das Rontgen-,α, β- und γ-Strahlen auf der Haut keine Uberempfindlichkeitssymptome hervorrufen, wohl aber alle Strahlen vesultravioletten Spektralbereiches; besonders stark sind die durch ultraviolette Strahlen von weniger als 280 μμ Wellenlange erzeugten Reaktionen; bei intensiver Einwirkung von ultravioletten Strahlen entstehen zwei eigenartige Reaktionsformen: Erythemohne Inkubation undQuaddelbildung ohne Inkubation.
