Eine neue Darstellungsweise von Triazolen

Abstract

Sekundare Saureamide, als deren Prototyp das Diacetamid gelten kann, reagieren mit Semicarbazid- und Phenylhydrazinsalzen wie β-Diketone unter Bildung von Triazolderivaten. Da nun anderseits durch die Untersuchung von Th. Posner festgestellt ist, das β-Diketone eine deutliche Herabminderung der Reaktionsfahigkeit der Ketongruppen, insbesondere in der Nachbarschaft von Phenylgruppen erkennen lassen, so erscheint es begreiflich, das Dibenzamid erst bei hoherer Temperatur und auch da in geringer Menge die Bildung von Diphenyltriazol zulast. Die Verbindungen, welche die vorliegende Untersuchung lieferte, sind mit Ausnahme einiger Salze, so der Quecksilberchloridverbindung des Dimethyltriazols und der Doppelverbindung mit Silbernitrat, der Quecksilberchloridverbindung des Phenyldimethyltriazols schon bekannt. Neu ist vor allem die Erkenntnis, das Diacylamide mit Semicarbazid- und Phenylhydrazinsalzen glatt Triazolderivate bilden.
