[A report of a death of a man in a physician's office, immediately after receiving an injection of diphtheria antitoxin, had wide circulation in the newspapers. A request for information addressed to the physician referred to has brought the following reply.—Ed.] Norristown, Pa., Jan. 6, 1908.
