Data Driven Storytelling zu kulturellen Objekten und Biographien

Abstract

Narration als wesentliche Form der Kommunikation kultureller Inhalte, steht mit der Digitalisierung kultureller Daten und den Anforderungen an deren digitale Vermittlung vor neuen Herausforderungen. Mittels visualisierungsgestützer narrativer Techniken wurden in den letzten Jahren neue Möglichkeiten des "Data-driven Storytellings" entwickelt. In diesem Workshop werden die Potenziale des visuellen Storytellings für die Kommunikation kultureller Informationen erkundet und am Beispiel des H2020 Projektes InTaVia erprobt und diskutiert. Ein Beitrag zur 9. Tagung des Verbands "Digital Humanities im deutschsprachigen Raum" - DHd 2023 Open Humanities Open Culture.
