
This paper describes the molecular responses of Lactobacillus plantarum to ethanol stress. The study aims to understand the short- and long-term adaptation mechanisms of the probiotic strain to ethanol stress. The findings of this research will provide valuable insights into the molecular basis of ethanol tolerance in Lactobacillus plantarum, which can be used to improve the efficacy of this probiotic strain in various applications.
