Alternative models of cardiac rehabilitation delivery have been developed to overcome underutilization. These models include home or community-based programs, which have been shown to be effective in improving patient outcomes. However, their availability and characteristics vary widely across different regions and countries. This study aims to explore the current state of cardiac rehabilitation models around the world, including their accessibility, quality, and impact on patient health. By understanding the diverse approaches to cardiac rehabilitation, this research aims to inform the development of more effective and equitable models of care for patients with cardiovascular disease.
