Several genetic markers have shown associations with muscle performance and physical abilities, but the response to exercise therapy is still unknown. The aim of this study was to test the response to exercise therapy in individuals with different genetic markers. The results of this study will provide valuable insights into the relationship between genetic markers and exercise therapy, and will help to identify potential genetic markers that can be used to predict the response to exercise therapy.
