This study aims to investigate the loss to follow-up in a longitudinal community-based study on urogenital tract dysfunction in older men. The study aims to identify the factors that contribute to the loss to follow-up and to explore the impact of this loss on the study's outcomes. The study's findings will provide valuable insights into the challenges of conducting longitudinal studies in older adults and will inform strategies for improving follow-up rates in future studies.
