This study aimed to investigate the effect of goserelin, a GnRH agonist, on gonadotropin secretion in women with post-menopausal virilization. The results showed that acute goserelin administration significantly inhibited gonadotropin secretion, indicating its potential therapeutic application in treating post-menopausal virilization. The study provides valuable insights into the mechanism of action of goserelin and its clinical implications.
