This study aims to investigate the association between acrylamide exposure and health outcomes, including glucose metabolism and insulin sensitivity. The study will also explore the potential mechanisms underlying this association, including the role of oxidative stress and inflammation. The findings of this study will provide valuable insights into the health effects of acrylamide exposure and inform strategies for reducing its impact on human health.
