
The aim of the present study is to investigate the chemical composition and pharmacological mechanism of a traditional Chinese medicine, Ma Xiang Hua, in the treatment of COVID-19. The study found that Ma Xiang Hua has a synergistic effect with other traditional Chinese medicines in the treatment of COVID-19, and its pharmacological mechanism is related to the inhibition of the replication of SARS-CoV-2. The study also found that Ma Xiang Hua has a good safety profile and can be used as a potential therapeutic agent for the treatment of COVID-19.
