
Different immunological techniques were compared for their sensitivity in detecting some important autoantibodies in the sera of patients with rheumatic diseases. This study aimed to identify the most effective method for detecting these autoantibodies, which is crucial for diagnosing and treating various rheumatic diseases. The results of this study will contribute to the development of more accurate diagnostic tools and improve patient outcomes.
