
This study aimed to assess the reliability and validity of a modified Illinois change-of-direction test with ball dribbling-speed. The test was administered to a group of young soccer players, and the results showed a high level of reliability and validity. The findings of this study have implications for the development of training programs for young soccer players, particularly in terms of improving their change-of-direction ability. The study highlights the importance of using valid and reliable measures in assessing the physical abilities of young athletes.
