Abstract

This research activity focuses on developing an ultrasensitive nanobody-based immunoassay to monitor the exposure of Tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA), a widely concerning environmental pollutant. The goal is to create a highly sensitive and specific tool for detecting TBBPA in various samples, enabling accurate exposure assessment and risk evaluation. The study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the immunoassay's performance, including its sensitivity, specificity, and stability, to ensure its reliability and applicability in real-world scenarios.
