Abstract

This dataset contains the distinct probabilistic cytoarchitectonic maps of various brain areas in the individual, single subject template of the MNI Colin 27 reference space. As part of the Julich-Brain cytoarchitectonic atlas, these maps provide a detailed representation of the brain's cytoarchitectonic structure. The maps are based on the analysis of histological data and are used to identify the different brain areas and their boundaries. The dataset is a valuable resource for researchers interested in the study of brain structure and function.
