EchoR package tutorial

Abstract

EchoR is a R statistical software package aiming at: i) handling pre-processed fisheries acoustics data collected during sea surveys, and ii) computing standard ec(h)osystemic indicators based on those fisheries acoustics data. This tutorial gives examples of EchoR capacities.
