Abstract Clinical case: Typical Flutter ablation with electromagnetic cartography We herein present the case of a 33 years old male patient with myotonic distrophy without structural cardiac involvement but with recurrent episodes of paroxysmal atrial flutter, refractory to antiarrhtythmic drugs. We used an electromagnetic mapping system and the flutter was successfully ablated.
