Характеристика препаратов глюкозооксидаз Penicillium adametzii, полученных с использованием различных методов очистки

Abstract

Цель данной работы – получить препараты ГО Penicillium adametzi различной степени очистки, определить свойства ферментов. С использованием различных методов (ультра- фильтрации, ионнообменной хроматографии, высаливания) получены опытные образцы ферментных препаратов ГО с удельной активностью 85,3-92,7 ед/мг белка.
