Abstract

In this work, the effect of L10-martensite stabilization in Co35Ni35Al30 single crystals oriented along the [001]B2-direction was studied. It was experimentally shown that the L10-martensite stabilization creates conditions for the observation of a compressive twо-way shape memory effect of εTWSME=(3,0±0,3) % along the [001]B2-direction in quenched and aged at 573 R 0,5 h Co35Ni35Al30 single crystals.
