Разработка системы управления бистатическим лазерным монитором

Abstract

Было выполнено: аналитический обзор литературных источников и существующих аналогов, разработка программного кода для системы управления, разработка макета системы управления, тестирование макета, экспериментальные исследования по визуализации, исследование восстановления стационарного режима генерации CuBr-лазера, анализ ресурсоэффективности, анализ производственной безопасности. Была разработана система управления, соответствующая техническому заданию. Представлены осциллограммы работы системы. Проведены эксперименты по визуализации тестовых объектов, описаны полученные результаты. Степень внедрения: лабораторный макет. Область применения: визуально-оптическая диагностика в сварочной отрасли, научные исследования в области экстремального состояния вещества и получения новых материалов.

It was done: analytical review of literary sources, development of program code for the control system, development of a control system layout, analysis of data, experimental research of the test objects visualization, investigation of the CuBr-laser restoration stationary lasing, analysis of resource efficiency, review and analysis of issues of industrial safety. As a result the control system was developed in accordance with the technical task. Oscillograms of the system operation are presented. Experiments on visualization of test objects were done, the results were described. Degree of implementation: laboratory layout. Application areas: visual-optical diagnostics in the welding industry, scientific research in the field of matter extreme state and obtaining new materials.
