Metode Lempar Tangkap Bola Statis dan Dinamis: Implikasinya dalam Meningkatkan Pembelajaran Gerak Dasar Passing Permainan Bola Tangan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan penerapan metode pembelajaran lempar tangkap bola statis dan dinamis dalam meningkatkan gerak dasar passing permainan bola tangan. Objek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani FKIP Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya Angkatan 2017 yang memprogram Mata Kuliah T/P Bola Tangan. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan one group preetest-posttest design. Hasil analisis pada taraf signifikasi (Sig.0.05) menunjukkan t-test metode lempar tangkap bola statis p > Sig.0.05 (2.506 >1.732) dan metode lempar tangkap bola dinamis p > Sig.0.05 (2.614 > 1.732) berarti implikasi kedua metode lempat tangkap bola dapat meningkatkan gerak dasar passing permainan bola tangan. Hasil analisis perbedaan peningkatan antara kedua metode diperoleh p > 0.05 (7.140 >2.201) berarti implikasi metode lempar tangkap bola dinamis lebih baik peningkatannya dibandingkan metode lempar tangkap bola statis dalam pembelajarn gerak dasar passing permainan bola tangan.
