Abstract

Como consecuencia de la posible adopción del TLC (Tratado de Libre Comercio) en el Ecuador, ha generado en el mundo empresarial nuevas medidas para mejorar y ganar competitividad en el mercado nacional como internacional. El cual ha originado que se busque el desarrollo integral de todos sus elementos. Este efecto conlleva a que dichas empresas tengan que cumplir con un sin número de requisitos para satisfacer necesidades más exigentes de sus actuales y potenciales clientes, teniendo que demostrar la calidad que tienen sus servicios y/o productos. El presente trabajo describe y analiza los servicios de seguridad electrónica para contenedores, con el fin de desarrollar los procedimientos, registros, instructivos, indicadores que tiene un modelo de Sistema de gestión de Calidad para obtener la mejora continua de los procesos. El nombre de este trabajo es “Diseño de un Sistema de Control de Gestión de Calidad en base a la Norma ISO 9001:2000 en una empresa que brinda servicio de seguridad electrónica para contenedores”.
