Метод ABC–XYZ-аналізу як ефективний інструмент управління запасами торгівельного підприємства

Abstract

У роботі досліджено матеріальні запаси торгівельного підприємства. Це завдання вирішується з використанням методів ABC- та XYZ-аналізу, а також їх комбінації. Визначено групи A, B, C та X, Y, Z. Складено матрицю ABC–XYZ-аналізу, на підставі якої розроблено рекомендації щодо ефективного управління запасами. In the paper material resources of mercantile business are analyzed. This problem is solved by ABC- and XYZ-analysis as well as their combination. A, B, C and X, Y, Z groups are defined. ABC–XYZ-matrix is formed. Instructions for effective inventory management are developed.
