Abstract

The article characterized and substantiates the five specific genre-intonational sources of the thematism of works by Oleksandr Kozarenko, among them – the languagal-sign interpretation of «alien words», the national distinctness, the priority of melody, the advantage of the genre-intonational sources of nonclassical epochs and theatricalization. The features of synthesis of these sources and the composer’s intonation discoverys are detected
