Abstract

In article problems of adaptation of medical institutions to competitive business environment are exposed. Organizational and legal conditions of introduction of marketing concepts in activity of medical institutions at realization of the Federal law №83-FZ from 05.08.2010 «About amending certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation in connection with perfection of a legal status of the state (municipal) institutions» are considered.

В статье вскрыты проблемы адаптации медицинских учреждений к рыночным условиям хозяйствования. Рассмотрены организационные и правовые условия внедрения принципов маркетинга в деятельность медицинских учреждений при реализации Федерального закона № 83-ФЗ от 08.05.2010 «О внесении изменений в отдельные законодательные акты Российской Федерации в связи с совершенствованием правового положения государственных (муниципальных) учреждений».
