Abstract

В статье исследованы потенциальные социально-экономических эффекты, возникающие при внедрении стандартов серии ИСО 50000. Проведено кейс-стади проблем практической реализации Федерального закона от 23.11.2009 № 261-ФЗ «Об энергосбережении и о повышении энергетической эффективности и о внесении изменений в отдельные законодательные акты Российской Федерации» в части введения паспортизации жилых зданий.
