In case of pancreatonecrosis, suppurative and necrotic complications lead among the causes of lethality. The paper summarizes analysis of surgeries conducted to 168 patients suffering from suppurative and necrotic complications of pancreatonecrosis, and shows up advantages of "open" stepwise extraperitoneal miniapproach using Mini-assistant kit over "closed" methods of surgery.
