Abstract

Despite discrepancy of the data of the literature on influence of mountain preparation on sports productivity, the further permission of a problem demands search of the new facts, "input" in training process at heights and ways of returning to plain. Change of a functional and metabolic condition in mountains demands adequate training influences for the purpose of safety of a dynamic homeostasis in referential borders. Application of means of the restoration resolved BAD, also promotes increase of physical working capacity and acceleration of a restitution of the key backbone components determining sports productivity.
