Abstract

Выращены кристаллы феррита бария. Проведены исследования их поверхности и структуры. Получены параметры решётки: a = 5,891 Å и c = 23,189 Å. Решётка синтезируемого вещества является гексагональной. Single crystals of barium ferrite were grown. Investigation of the surface and the structure were carried out. The lattice parameters are a = 5,891 Å and c = 23,189 Å. The lattice is hexagonal.
