Baiburin, baiburinak@susu.ru South Ural State University, Chelyabinsk, Russian Federation Обзор посвящен вопросам законодательного регулирования и нормативного обеспечения технологии информационного моделирования объектов строительства (BIM). В статье дана краткая информация о развитии BIM в Российской Федерации. Приводится перечень национальных BIM-стандартов, их краткое содержание и область применения. Также указаны стандарты, которые находятся в стадии разработки. Описана законодательная стратегия в части введения института информационного моделирования для модернизации строительной отрасли. Приведен перечень законодательных актов с кратким содержанием основных положений и указанием даты вступления в силу. Описаны цели и структура классификатора строительных ресурсов, внедряемого для цифровизации объектов проектирования и строительства. Материалы статьи будут полезны всем участникам строительного рынка, так как BIM-технология охватывает полный жизненный цикл объектов строительства. The review is devoted to the issues of legislative regulation and normative support of building information modeling (BIM). The article gives brief information about the development of BIM in the Russian Federation. The list of national BIM standards and their brief content and scope are given. The article also indicates the standards that are being developed. The legislative strategy is described in terms of introducing building information modeling for the modernization of the construction industry. A list of legislative acts is provided with a summary of the main provisions and indication of the dates of entry into force. The goals and structure of the classifier of construction resources, introduced for the digitalization of design and construction objects, are described. The article materials will be useful to all participants in the construction market, since BIM technology covers the full life cycle of construction projects.
