E-mail: v_vasiljev@nm .ru. Анализируется характер осуществления представительства прав и интересов работников в современных условиях. Определена позиция авторов в отношении либерального подхода трансформации трудового законодательства. Исследуются опыт работы российских предприятий, зарубежная практика по использованию общественных структур в осуществлении представительских функций. Предлагается изменение трудового законодательства, регулирующего выполнение указанной работы. Способствовало бы эффективности участия производственных советов в управлении организациями наделение их правом принимать участие в голосовании при принятии определенного круга управленческих решений. The nature of the representation of the rights and interests of employees in modem conditions is analyzed. The position of the authors in relation to the liberal approach of transformation of labor legislation is determined. The experience of Russian enterprises, foreign practice on the use of public structures in the implementation of representative functions is studied. It is proposed to change the labor legislation regulating the performance of this work. It would contribute to the efficiency of the participation of production councils in the management of organizations giving them the right to participate in voting while adopting a certain range of management decisions.
