Abstract

Рассматриваются принцип построения, структура и основные технические характеристики тирсторного регулятора напряжения (ТРН) с адаптивной интегрирующей системой управления для плавного пуска асинхронных электродвигателей и силовыми ключами «тиристор-диод». ТРН предназначен для работы в условиях высокого уровня внешних помех, включая коммутационные искажения сети, а также при нестабильности амплитуды и частоты промышленной сети, что позволяет использовать его на объектах с «проблемной» сетью. Высокая помехоустойчивость и адаптивные свойства системы достигнуты за счет интегрирующих развертывающих преобразователей с частотно-широтно-импульсной модуляцией, работающих в режиме внешней синхронизации с частотой напряжения сети. Приведены технико-экономические результаты реконструкции асинхронных электроприводов технологических объектов Челябинского трубопрокатного завода с применением ТРН. Экономический эффект от внедрения оборудования составил более 6,9 млн руб. в год и получен за счет экономии электроэнергии при переводе асинхронных электроприводов в повторно-кратковременный режим работы и сокращения расходов на ремонт и обслуживание силового электрооборудования технологических установок. The principle of constructing, structure and basic characteristics of the thyristor voltage regulator (ТVR) with an adaptive integration control system for smooth start of asynchronous motors and power semiconductor «thyristor-iode» are considered. ТVR is intended for operation at a high level of external noises including commutative distоrtions of a mains as well as at amplitude and frequency instability of industrial network that allows to use TVR on objects with a «problem» mains. High noise stability and the adaptive properties of a system are reached by means of integrating scanning converters with pulse-frequency-width modulation working in an operating mode of external synchronization with frequency of supply-line voltage. The technical and economic results of reconstruction of asynchronous electric drives for industrial plants using TVR at Chelyabinsk pipe-rolling plant are given. The economic effect from implantation of the quipment has made over 6.9 million rubles per year and is obtained due to saving the electric power at conversion of asynchronous electric drives in an intermittent cycle and cutting down expenses on maintenance and service of a power electric equipment of technological installations.
