Abstract

На примере высокоуглеродистой проволоки диаметром 3,0 мм исследованы особенности изменения механических свойств и измельчения структурных составляющих в ходе реализации разработанного метода непрерывного деформационного наноструктурирования «кручение – волочение» совмещением деформаций растяжения, сжатия и кручения. Предложена система критериев для оценки эффективности разработанного метода непрерывного деформационного наноструктурирования проволоки. The paper describes peculiarities of change of mechanical characteristics and refinement of microstructure of 3.0 mm diameter high-carbon steel wire in course of the created method of continuous deformation nanostructuring “torsion – drawing” based on combining the tension, compression and torsion deformations. A system of criteria for estimation of effectiveness of this method is also proposed.
