Abstract

The problem of adaptation to conditions of midlands in preparation for the Olympic games isn't new. It was authorized since 60th years of the last century. However in this problem there are many white stains in aspect disadaptation and time terms of participation in competitions. Great time sports loadings are so huge that all sports teachers search for ways of their decrease at the expense of other means of preparation and development of physical qualities what local muscular endurance concerns. It was supposed that concentration of applications (10 %) at preparatory and speciallypreparatory stages of gravitational and ballistic loadings on special groups of muscles in mode ANP and decrease in running loadings on 15-20 % allows to keep reserves of an organism in competitive activity.
