Abstract

E-mail: lotos495@mail.ru Aleksey Viktorovich Zyryanov - Candidate of Sciences (Law), Associate Professor of the Theory of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, South Ural State University, Chelyabinsk, Russian Federation. E-mail: lotos495@mail.ru. The research is aimed at identifying General system-self-organization patterns of development of the state system. Within the framework of the carried out research, two basic, replacing each other, cyclic trends associated with the processes of the emergence and preservation of a certain modification of the state legal system are established. The attention is drawn to the immanent nature of the corresponding wave, pulsating oscillations in the process of development of society and the state, manifesting themselves at the micro- and macro-level, which are the basis of their self-organization development and the condition of evolutionary transformations. On the basis of the research carried out the analysis of the development of Russian statehood in the period of modern history a number of prognostic conclusions are made.
