Исследование процесса прокатки высокой полосы с малыми обжатиями

Abstract

Проведено теоретическое исследование процесса обжатия высокой полосы и разработана математическая модель. Модель определения усилия получена с помощью метода линий скольжения и экспериментальных данных. Сравнение расчетных и экспериментальных результатов показывает высокую точность разработанной математической модели усилия прокатки. Theoretical study of the deformation of high-strip is performed and a mathematical model is developed. The model for determining pressure is obtained using the method of slip lines and experimental data. Comparison of calculated and experimental results shows high accuracy of the developed mathematical model of rolling pressure.
