Abstract

Твердые тугоплавкие частицы карбидов, закрепленные в матрице металла, способны значительно влиять на его износостойкость: эффект увеличения износостойкости достигается за счет того, что частицы препятствуют сдвигу дислокаций. Известно, что величина изменения износостойких свойств зависит от концентрации частиц в металле. В статье приведены результаты исследований влияния концентрации дисперсных частиц в центробежно-литых заготовках на износостойкие свойства дисперсно-упрочненного металла. Hard refractory carbide particles contained in the matrix metal can significantly affect its wear resistance: this effect is achieved due to the fact that the particles impede dislocation shear. It is known that the magnitude of the change of wear-resistant properties depends on the concentration of particles in the metal. The paper presents the results of studies of the effect of concentration of dispersed particles in centrifugally cast billets on wear-resistant properties of dispersion-hardened metal.
