Приводится обзор литературы по исследованию юридического дискурса. Выявляются такие проблемы, как отсутствие единства в определении юридического дискурса, различные основания его типологической и жанровой классификации, привлекаемые методы исследования и другие. Освещаются различные подходы к изучению юридического дискурса, особое внимание уделяется интегральному подходу. Обосновывается выбор интегрального подхода в качестве оптимального для целей исследования. В рамках коммуникативно-деятельностной парадигмы анализируется типология юридического дискурса и его жанров. Намечаются перспективы дальнейшего исследования. The paper focuses on the problems and perspectives of legal discourse study. An overview of research into legal discourse is presented. Problems of legal discourse analysis, such as its definition, typology, genres, methods, etc., are outlined. Different approaches to the analysis of legal discourse are discussed with a special emphasis on the integral approach. The choice of the integral approach as an effective method for research purposes is proved. Legal discourse and genre typology is analyzed within the framework of the communicative paradigm. Perspectives of further research are outlined.
