Рассматриваются проблемные вопросы, связанные с трудоустройством молодых работников, осуществлением ими трудовой деятельности, представительством интересов несовершеннолетних в сфере труда, защитой их прав. Обосновывается необходимость создания наряду с производственными советами в организации молодежных советов, а также принятия Федерального закона «О молодежи». The problematic issues related to the employment of young workers, representation of the interests of minors in the sphere of labor, and protection of their rights are considered in the article. The necessity of creating youth councils along with the production councils in the organization, as well as the adoption of the Federal Law "On Youth" are substantiated.
