Abstract

Синтезированы кристаллы бората железа. Проведены исследования поверхности на электронном микроскопе и структуры методом порошковой дифрактометриии. Single crystals of iron borate are synthesized. Investigations of their surface by SEM and structure by XRD are carried out.
