Abstract

The article describes a methodology for the creation of information-analytical system of managing complex projects based on complex mathematical models of functioning of the various interested parties (stakeholders), taking into account their goals, objectives, functions, and other features. The methodology is based on the modern universal network model, providing the ability to describe complex project taking into account its stochastic structure of the probabilistic nature of the This explains how to enable the development of each stakeholder a network model appropriate degree of the aggregation. The mathematical models of the system, its structure and functions are defined. This approach is the basis for creation of the computer-integrated informationanalytical control system by the projects, taking into account difficult realities of the modern world and providing integrity and plenitude of the executable functions.
