E-mail: lotos495@mail.ru. В данной статье рассматриваются основные понятия философии феноменологии и феноменологической школы права. Акцентируется внимание на методологических особенностях феноменологического подхода к познанию права. Осуществляется соотношение с иными методами познания правовой действительности. Обращается внимание как на достоинства, так и на недостатки данного подхода в контексте отечественной правовой доктрины. Делается вывод о том, что феноменология облад как теория себи методология познанияодящая права являетсяжизненом частью неклассической парадигмы праве юридической науки, призванной развить представление о собственном объекте. The article examines the basic concepts of the philosophy of phenomenology and the phenomenological school of law. The attention is focused on the methodological features of the phenomenological approach to the law cognition. There is a correlation with other methods of cognition of legal reality. The attention is drawn to both the advantages and disadvantages of this approach in the context of the domestic legal doctrine. It is concluded that phenomenology, possessing both the theory and the methodology of cognition, emanating rights, is a vital part of the nonclassical paradigm of the legal science, designed to develop an idea of its own object.
