Abstract

E-mail: vaslena@mail.ru. Elena Valerevna Abbasova – Candidate of Sciences (Law), Associate Professor the Department of theory, history and branches of law, South Ural Institute of Management and Economics, Chelyabinsk, Russian Federation. E-mail: vaslena@mail.ru. The article analyzes the current problems of remuneration indexation in the conditions of inflation. The measures of legal nature aimed at increasing the level of remuneration for the implementation of Article 134 of the LC RF are proposed. The legislation provides for mandatory indexation, but the mechanisms for this work are not clearly defined. Therefore, a number of questions concerning the frequency of indexation, and what components of remuneration should be indexed and others remain unresolved. This allows the heads of organizations to move away from the implementation of the norms for the implementation of indexation, complicates the protection of the interests of employees by their representative bodies (representatives). The expansion of the list of documents used for indexation would help to fill the gaps in the legislation. These include employment contracts, the conclusion of which employees should be aware of indexation, its features, the order of its implementation. The author challenges the proposals of scientists to index only a part of the indexed elements of remuneration. The role of collective agreements in indexation is shown.
