Предложена формальная модель непрерывного совершенствования учебного процесса с учетом внешнего контура управления качеством предприятиями-работодателями и органами в сфере образования. Модель основана на применении процессного подхода, а также математических положений теории множеств и категорий. Модель построена на основе использования положений теории категорий и в соответствии с методологией BPMN (в форме интерактивных сценариев в ОПС), что позволило создать комплексную непротиворечивую модель бизнес-процессов, получить распределение ответственности за основные результаты деятельности. Предложено данную модель детализировать в виде процессных моделей в нотации BPMN, которые в дальнейшем реализуются в виде интерактивных сценариев в автоматизированных приложениях. В качестве примера приводится описание реализации типового бизнес- процесса в среде Moodle. В результате применения описанного сценария за счет автоматизации существенно сокращается время на проведение контрольных мероприятий и анализ их результатов. The formal model of continuous enhancement of educational process taking into account an external contour of quality management by the entities – employers and bodies in education is offered. The model is based on application of the process approach and mathematical provisions of the theory of sets and categories. The model is constructed on the basis of use of provisions of the theory of categories and according to BPMN methodology (in the form of interactive scenarios in OPS) that allowed to create complex consistent model of business processes, to receive distribution of responsibility for the main results of activities.It is offered to disaggregate this model in the form of process models in the notation of BPMN which are implemented further in the form of interactive scenarios in the automated applications. The description of implementation of standard business process in the environment of Moodle is given as an example. Time for holding control actions and the analysis of their results is reduced significantly as a result of application of the described scenario due to automation.
