Abstract

Рассмотрены различные технологии получения крупных кузнечных слитков и полой заготовки из высоколегированных сталей и сплавов методом ЭШП. Показана перспективность применения технологии электрошлакового переплава с вращением расходуемого электрода вокруг своей оси для производства крупных слитков из суперсплавов, чувствительных к сегрегации. In this paper we examine various technologies for large forging ingots and a hollow billet of high-alloy steels and alloys by ESR. The prospects are shown of application of electroslag remelting technology with a consumable electrode rotating around its axis to produce large ingots of superalloys sensitive to segregation.
