ВОСПРИЯТИЕ СТУДЕНТАМИ ОСОБЕННОСТЕЙ ЭМПАТИИ ПРЕПОДАВАТЕЛЕЙ ВУЗАВ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТНО-ОРИЕНТИРОВАННОМОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОМ ПРОЦЕССЕ

Abstract

The article is devoted to the actual problem of the perception of such professional psychological characteristics of university teachers as empathy. We believe that the teacher's empathy is one of the key qualities that are an internal condition for the formation of students' competencies formulated by the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education. The paper presents the results of the study, stating the development level of university teachers' empathy and the analysis of students' perception of this teachers' competence.

Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме восприятия такой профессионально-психологической характеристики у преподавателей вуза, как эмпатия. Считаем, что эмпатия педагога одно из ключевых качеств, которое является внутренним условием формирования у студентов вуза компетенций, сформулированных в ФГОС ВО. В настоящей работе представлены результаты проведенного исследования, констатирующие уровень развития эмпатии у педагогов вуза и анализа восприятия студентами данной компетенции у педагогов.
