ПОЛИКУЛЬТУРНОСТЬ ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ В ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОЙ ПОДГОТОВКЕ ПЕДАГОГА В УСЛОВИЯХ ЭЛЕКТРОННО-ЦИФРОВОЙ СРЕДЫ

Abstract

The enduring importance of education at the present stage of forward development of society is updated not only the interested circle of experts, but consumers of educational services, the power, the public. In modern Russia at various levels of the presentation projects of modernization of education in different contexts of permission of its problems are developed: national security issues, maintaining ethnocultural identity of regions, stimulation of regional development, etc. University education - a traditional component of social life of the Orel region. The modern sociocultural situation in the region carries lines of polylevel of culture, from the ethnocultural integrity which is obviously expressed by a trend of preservation. Preparation of competent pedagogical shots at the university in a similar situation is the important task which is becoming complicated manifestations of positive and negative influences of the electronic and digital environment.

Непреходящая значимость образования на современном этапе поступательного развития общества актуализируется не только заинтересованным кругом специалистов, но потребителями образовательных услуг, властью, общественностью. В современной Pоссии на различных уровнях презентации разрабатываются проекты модернизации образования в разных контекстах разрешения его проблем: вопросов национальной безопасности, сохранения этнокультурной самобытности регионов, стимулирования регионального развития и т.п. Университетское образование - традиционная составляющая социальной жизни Орловского региона. Современная социокультурная ситуация в регионе носит черты поликультурности, с явно выраженной тенденцией сохранения этнокультурной целостности. Подготовка компетентных педагогических кадров в университете в подобной ситуации является важной задачей, усложняющейся проявлениями положительных и отрицательных влияний электронно-цифровой среды.
